Is Bambu A1 Mini a good start?

I am looking for a cheap option to try out printing and A1 Mini keeps appearing in my searches, goes for roughly 250$ locally. And because I do not know what to look for I want to ask for help - is it a good option to start with? 18x18 seems plenty for all my 40k purposes and it promises good quality - can anyone share their prints with it?

And yeah, I know that between price-quality-speed I need to choose only two. I can sacrifice time, as I am not in a rush. I can spend a bit more if it is needed - not much though as I do not know if printing will stick with me as a hobby. But I do not want to buy a printer, have terrible quality and be turned off
