Former IGR participants: what was your experience like?

Curious to hear from anyone who’s gone through the Intergroup Relations Institute (IGR).

If you’ve participated in an IGR program—either the annual summer institute for faculty and staff or one of the student/faculty classes during the year—as a faculty, staff member, student, or facilitator what was your experience like?

Some questions to think about:

• What parts of the program stood out?

• Were there moments that felt meaningful, challenging, or even frustrating?

• Did it change how you think about dialogue, identity, or social issues?

Both positive and critical perspectives are welcome. If you’re comfortable, it might help to mention roughly when you participated.
