im going to report my workplace. i have an email ready

i have taken photos of how barren the clean linen closet is and all the carts. will i lose my license if the state comes here and sees how i work in these conditions? i just want there to be more supplies.

i need the money but i dont want to lose my job/license if the state comes during my shift and the conditions are how theyve always been.
