What to do ?

Last day I did the PDI for my bike and agreed to pay the full amount today and took the insurance from frm acko . Now the showroom people called me and said they sold the bike to another person and I have to do the changes in the insurance now , it happened yesterday and after I called the person today then only she informed me this , i don't want to go for more Chaos now I agreed and called the insurance and and they agreed to change the chassis number and engine number. I am soo fed up with this negligence of this showroom people. Lajpath nagar bigwing . Now I told them i need to see my new assigned bike for pdi then only I can pay the money and do the insurance. Thay are ok with that . But i want to report this to hondaindia . Is it a good idea?
