How to sell physical Jollibee (JFC) stock certificates?

Hi everyone! I’m hoping for some advice. My father is a former Jollibee employee and has some physical stock certificates from his time there. He is now interested in selling them, but we live in the province and are not sure where to start.

Are we able to process this through a local bank branch in our province, or do we have to go to Manila? Also, what does the general process look like to 'liquidate' or sell these physical certificates?
