Apple Wallet Clipper not showing balance

Hi, I've had an issue where the Apple Wallet app doesn't show my balance nor any recent transactions (money loads/rides). Is this a known issue and if so, is there any way of fixing this?

(This has been the case since I migrated by account to Clipper 2.0)
