Are we seeing hold one chance characters coming back?

So I was thinking about this im a f2p and I didnt get gilberta on her banner on leavteins or Yvonnes nor did I get her on tangtang and im most likely not geting tangtang or Rossi either because we'll I have zero orebeyle )sorry if I spelt that wrong) and practically zero arsenal tickets do im probably not going to get yvonnes special weapon Rossi special weapon or tangtang and money's tight right now and plus Im trying to save up and plus Im 15 so my parents would kill me if I bought stuff for video games they arent the video game poeple and its understandable so question are we going to get these characters again some time later down the line or can we please get a raise a orebeyles? Anything would help just please im probably not getting tangtang or Rossi either so im cooked either way
