🚀 Welcome to r/ITJobReferral – Read This First

Hi everyone 👋

I created this community to help people get internal job referrals in a way that is private, ethical, and genuinely helpful.

🔒 Privacy First

- You do NOT need to post your resume publicly

- All submissions are handled through a private form

- Your data is not shared outside referral purposes

💼 How This Works

1. I will post when referral intake is open

2. You submit your details via a private Google Form

3. I review profiles and resumes

4. Only shortlisted candidates are referred internally

💸 No Charges – Ever

- I do NOT charge for referrals

- You should NEVER pay anyone for a referral

- If someone asks for money, report them immediately

⚠️ Important Expectations

- Referral does NOT guarantee interview or selection

- Not all submissions will be referred

- I prioritize quality and relevant profiles

📩 When Can You Apply?

- Intake opens weekly (limited slots)

- Follow the subreddit to stay updated

🙌 Goal of This Community

To create a trusted, no-BS referral space where people actually get help without spam, scams, or public exposure.

If you have questions, feel free to ask using the ❓ Q&A flair.

Let’s keep this community helpful and respectful 🚀
