Do I stop rinsing before inserting?

So I’ve been wearing ortho-ks for almost seven years and four years ago I started using bottled water instead of sterile saline to rinse my lens before inserting it.(I always soak them in the h2o2 red cap solution during the day and the rinsing before insertion is more of a placebo I guess) I just realized today that you are not supposed to rinse with bottled water. What are y’all’s advice? Do I just stop rinsing altogether and just insert it after the solution is neutralized or keep rinsing and switch back to sterile saline? Thanks
