Best progressive skill or MCP for platform agnostic UI designing, desktop/PWA.

Hi so actually i am looking for a skill or MCP that makes cluade an active thinker for designing and writing code for the UI frontned so currently i am using an skill called impeccable it's decent but all it does is just make claude add some tail wind classes here and their basically gives it a polished look but i want more than that so i asked claude to design a order detail card dialog box with this skill and all it did it pretty good but still some basic css html issue in their like some texts are large so they are overflowing it did not think of this edge case also i need to ask it to refer already existing dialog boxes for reference on how the ui is looking and working in my project again and again so it's fair to say there is no progressive ui desgining system that it can use or any thing i also did not find any mcp that could be use full in this case not talking about the figma mcp or playwright okay, if tech stack is important i am using shadcn with nextjs, typescript and tailwind
