This moment was taken during my work day. I was walking one of the dogs I take care of, heading back home at a steady pace 🐕

On one side, there was a beautiful lake 🌊 with a line of trees 🌳 in front of it. On the other side, a long stone wall 🪨 with a forest rising behind it 🌲 The sun was out ☀️, it was quiet… but still alive. You could notice people around, especially bird watchers 🐦 just enjoying the same environment in their own way.

And me, just walking through it.

⚡ **Something simple, but different**

At that moment, I wasn’t really thinking about anything. No stress, no planning, no overthinking… just walking and being present.

And then a thought came up…

Why can’t this just be normal?
Why can’t we have a bare work life?

🌿 **Why it felt so right**

Being in my natural state during something as normal as work changed everything. I felt grounded 🌿, relaxed, but still aware of everything around me 👀

Not disconnected from the world… just more connected to it.

My body felt the air 🌬️, the ground under my feet, the movement. My mind stayed clear 🧠✨

🐕 **The small details**

- The steady rhythm of walking together 🚶‍♂️🐕
- The quiet sounds around us 🌿
- The mix of nature and people sharing the same space 🐦🌳
- That balance between being relaxed and still alert 👀

🧠 **What I realised**

For me, naturism isn’t something separate from life… it *is* life.

Even during work. Even in small moments like this ⏳

Sometimes it’s just 10 minutes, sometimes longer… but those moments always matter. They bring me back to myself, to being present, and to actually feeling what I’m doing 🌱

💬 **Do you ever wish naturism could be more part of your everyday life, even during normal things like work?** 🌿
