What should my next move be? (Details Below)

There's this lady who works at a local restaurant I frequent. I often go there to use the restroom as I'm walking by, but I do eat there from time to time as well.

She's so cute and friendly. I always see her smiling. I've been seeing her there for months since I often go there to use the restroom. First time we just kinda make eye contact. Then I saw her a couple times after.

Anyway, couple days ago I finally approached her since she was alone in the corner computer. I asked her if she's an actress. She smiled and said something along the lines of "oh no. Why? Do I look like an actress you know?" And I basically said no but she just seems to have that actress look. I also tell her that I'm a filmmaker. She said that's really cool or awesome. But that's pretty much where it ended, because she was obviously multitasking between talking to me and looking at the computer. I said see you around. I didn't get her name or anything.

I'm curious as to what you think my next move should be. I'm going to try going there to eat, but that'll only work if she's my waitress. Also, do you recommend asking for her Instagram or giving her my card with my film's trailer on it (also has my instagram and phone number on it). I'm leaning towards card because she's at work and maybe would feel pressured if I asked for her instagram, but I know it can seem too formal.

Apologies for the longish post. Would love to hear your thoughts and advice on the situation. I'm generally a bit picky when it comes to women but when I see someone who's really my type I kind of go overboard. Thank you. I'm 27 years old for context and she seems to be around the same age range.
