Late 50’s song, sounds like the Cramps

I heard a song around Halloween last year in a Daiso. I remember looking it up at the time, but I can’t find any info now. It’s from 1959, I think. On discogs there was a 45 for sale for $59 (I can remember these details but not the song, oof). The artist was a man’s name and the title I’m pretty sure has “the ____” format. The song overall has a cramps vibe and is spooky.
