[Arcade racing game][early 2000's] It was a futuristic type racing game, you could actually drive manual with a clutch if you wanted. High speeds, cyberpunk, kinda?

As title says. It was a arcade racing game, you sat in a seat. it had like turbo or boost button on the right of the dash. With a shifter to your right and everything. I also remember the steering wheel had like a grippy feel to it. and it would react the faster you went or if you crash badly. Like it was really hard to control at times. Was NOT any of the cruisin' USA or world games. I remember a bunch of selection of cars. And if it helps at all I remember playing this at a Buffalo Wild Wings in Western NY back in the day lol.
