What are some questions I should ask the person who is assessing me for a diagnosis?

I’ve had lots of anxiety about this appointment and have rescheduled several times. We eventually decided it would be best to have a telehealth appointment where we could discuss what’s going to happen during the testing. This helps a lot because I feel like I can better prepare myself. I’m wondering if anyone has any advice as for questions I should ask during the appointment. I’d love to know any questions you may have asked during your testing too :)
