Battery drain issue in lenovo loq 2050 i5 12450HX

Hello guys, I bought a 2nd hand lenovo loq 2050 i5 12450hx for 40k and the battery health is 92% 55k/60k and when I only use chrome and watch YouTube 80% to 50% it takes only 20 minutes and I calibrated the battery and also on quiet mode on hybrid mode and I did everything that gemini said but when I open lenovo vantage app it says 1hrs remaining please someone help me should I get a new battery and its in warranty
