La Cuadra tacos location???

I heard everyone hype up La Cuadra, and I really want to try it. However, I'm struggling to find where they're located as I would follow google maps for their pop up stands but can't' seem to find them. Do most people go to the brick and mortar shop in Ballard (7301 15th Ave NW, Seattle, WA 98117) or is there a place to track where their pop ups are located? Also if anyone has anymore recs for tacos feel free to also add to the thread!
