How can I find people willing to play Star Trek: Armada II and/or its mods with me?

I'd like to play the excellent Star Trek: Fleet Operations mod of Star Trek: Armada II (which I think is better than the original game) or even Armada II! But nobody seems interested. It's almost as if nobody plays these games anymore. I've tried the Star Trek: Fleet Ops Discord, I've joined a GameRanger server, I made a RadminVPN server, and I still can't find anyone.

Is there a Discord I can join for people looking to play PvP or cooperative PvE Star Trek: Armada II or Star Trek: Armada II: Fleet Ops games?
