Y’all think this was on purpose?

So when I was passing my crush I overheard him saying what about “my name” to a mutual coworker as I walk pass them, why would he bring me up?

Also on a different day I was getting a computer at the desk where he’s at and all his friends were there with him.guy 1 asked my crush what kind of rings he has then my crush answered him then guy 2 asked my crush if he just said he has a adult toy ring.. why would my crush say that to his friends when he knew I was there still setting up the computer? I was so flabbergasted, blushed then proceeded to walk away because it was low key cute and caught me off guard.

Do guys do that on purpose and why?
