First became qualified to practice in primary occupation

Hello guys, would appreciate guidance on below. TIA.

I have done Bachelors of engineering from India and Masters of engineering from here in Canada.

For my primary occupation NOC under which I am claiming my Canadian work experience and basing my application, education requirement is bachelors in electrical/electronics engineering which aligns with my bachelor (electronics & communication) in India. It also aligns with my masters from here (electical & computer engineering).

In this situation, what should be my “first became qualified” date? Bachelor or masters?

If bachelor, then what proofs I need to submit?

Note: I am claiming points for my Masters.
