How do you decide between peptides and SARMs for body recomposition when the research points in different directions?

I’ve spent three months going back and forth on whether to run a peptide protocol or a SARM cycle for a recomposition goal. The peptide route, specifically ipamorelin and CJC-1295, looks cleaner from a suppression standpoint but the recomposition data is thinner and it takes longer. SARMs have more community data on body composition outcomes but the suppression risk at effective doses high and PCT adds another variable. Ended up running ipamorelin at 200mcg three times daily for 12 weeks alongside a moderate deficit and got reasonable results, nothing dramatic. Now I’m considering whether adding a low dose SARM on the next cycle makes sense or whether the added complexity outweighs the benefit. For the next run I'm planning to source both the peptides and any SARM through pctshop.com, because Dragon Pharma publishes per batch third party results on both compound categories which at least removes product quality as a variable when comparing outcomes. What's the tradeoff between peptide-only and peptide plus SARM protocols for recomposition? "
