Question for meds

My dry issue been getting better since February and March. Dryness got on December and January since then been on fish oil and sea buckthorn and refresh drops in march weather got hot FL dryness was a lot better then now it was reality windy dry eyes back also I been on ibuprofen for 3 months for ankle issues. Also I quit ibuprofen on Friday. Could I be getting withdrawals I quit ibuprofen dry problems.
