THD Surgery / “Invisible Stitches”

I’m a 23 year old male who has been dealing with hemorrhoids for a couple of years. They are not severe, but they are extremely annoying. My doctor told me that my hemorrhoids are too small for rubber banding. They are internal and tend to prolapse about 3 to 5 days a month, sometimes more.

I have an appointment scheduled next week to undergo the procedure, but I am feeling hesitant. At the same time, I would really like to fix the prolapse issue.

Can anyone share their experience with this procedure? Is it worth getting done?
