7900 XTX OR 9070 XT?

Hello, I have recently thought about upgrading to a 1000W PSU and a 9070 XT or 7900 XTX and wanted to see what GPU would be better in raw Performance? I know the 7900 XTX has more VRAM but the 9070 XT has FSR 4 and better ray tracing which I am unsure if I will use it. I am either going to get a XFX Mercury 9070 XT or Saphire Nitro+ 7900 XTX. I have done some research and they seem to be the same in other games but I'm unsure about Beamng. if anyone could help me with this decision that'd be great.
