Does chemical pregnancy indicate that tube is open?

Seeking Success

I’m 33F and have PCOS since years. I started taking letrozole 2.5mg*2 and was able to conceive in November but that sadly ended in a chemical. My HCG went upto 55 and then started falling.

I’m back on letroz and HMG injections and was wondering if having a chemical indicates that the fallopian tubes are open and I can eliminate getting a HSG test done?

Guess I’m looking for some support here to understand the above and if you could share your experience pls.
