Fun Python projects where you "translate" a problem into a totally different form?
I’ve been thinking about a style of problem solving where you take something abstract and map it into a completely different representation, simulate that other representation, and sometimes it gets you to the result faster than the original one.
I'm thinking of stuff like turning equations into a simulation (like a game loop, but it plays itself and works toward the goal).
Or representing matrices or algorithms as spatial layouts (grids, boards, etc. not necessary neural nets or even matrix multiplications) Embedding abstract relationships into geometry / coordinates
And/or treating problems as state machines, physics systems, data systems, or visual systems instead of pure math
If you’ve built something like this (or found or use a cool repo), I’d love to hear about it. Also curious what libraries people like using for this kind of thing
