Suggest a good phone under 25k for my sister

Hey guys, Please help me out. I’m looking for a phone under ₹25k for my sister. Main priority is the camera, especially selfies and overall photo quality since she loves clicking pictures.

Also need something with smooth performance, like it shouldn’t hang or lag in normal day to day use.
