Phone suggestion under 35k

So i need a phone under 35k, my main concern is basically camera, i dont really game a lot on phone so that wont be an issue, i just want the phone to feel good with a good camera and display.
I am confused between the Nothing Phone 4a and One Plus Nord 5.
THING IS -
i could have Samsung s24 in the options too cuz rn its selling for 44k, and i can get a flat 25% discount off of anything listed on samsung's website... so it'd cost around 33k
but for now, s24 doesnt show on there...

Help.
Will the s24 be listed on the website? Or should i skip the wait and go for one of the other phones?
