If that crime would be legalized, what crime will be the most committed?

Except for the obvious ones like stealing, traffic laws, and battery and assault, which crime would you think people would commit the most if given the chance? Also, it doesn't count if people are already committing that crime now, like pirating a movie technically is a crime, but a lot of people do it anyways, same thing for a lot of things that have to do with copyright, like using unlicensed images or music for economic purposes and such
