Salary Hike discussion with HR

My current ctc is

12.5 fix + 1.5 variable (Mentioned as annual bonus)

So it becomes 14lpa

Now during annual hike discussions, my revised compensation has become 14.4 lpa fix and bonus is removed

Hr is saying we have given you 15% hike as bonus is not a part of ctc

Is this real ?

Or these people are just trying fool me
