Which one to go with: a series A AI product based startup or MNCs?

I am currently an AI Engineer with 3.5 yrs experience , and I have received an offer from a so AI Product-based startup which have recently raised series A and another couple of MNCs, in the startup I am getting the AI Forward Deployed Engineer role, and in the MNC it is Senior AI Engineers/Agentic AI Engineer.

What should I join? For the startup i am thinking apart from my role, I will also get the idea about how the product is build, how they are bringing in new business, how they are quoting prices and all

The MNCs is paying higher comp than startup, but i feel the learning from the startup would be good, which would help me further in my career?
