Being (s)extorted right now

Hey guys, I’m a 19yo girl and I’m completely panicking. Yesterday I was on a video call with this Nigerian guy I’d been talking to on IG for a couple days. He seemed chill, things got flirty and he asked me to take off my top and bra. I stupidly did it with my face showing the whole time. He recorded everything.

Now he’s DMing saying if I don’t send a full nude video or pay him, he’ll send the video of me topless to all my IG contacts, including my parents, my sister, and the rest of my family. He even screenshotted my followers and started tagging some of them. I’m terrified he’ll actually send it if I don’t pay or show him what he wants. If I show him everthing there is nothing else he would want me to do so maybe I should do that? I feel so dumb. Should I just pay the $300 and hope he deletes it? Block him? Tell my parents? What do I do? Any advice would help, I’m losing it.
