My portfolio. Early retirement

Hello community.

Im not a seasoned investor and i started late in life. I have accumulated the following below and desperately would like to take early retirement and move to Asia. I have a few questions linked to the proceeds im due to receive from a small house sale. I am a lower tax rate.

1. Is an annuity worth considering ?

2) shoukd I just drip more as allowed into my one and only fund?

3) any other suggestions that perhaps im not aware of?

Cash isa. 5 figure high
State Pension ( 2034) full allowance

General investment account,
Cash for investing : low 6 figure

Retirement savings account,
easy access 5 figure mid.
