Would lucky patcher work on game offers that offers money if you reach a certain point?

so you know those survey sites like Cashin and attapoll...etc they offer that you play "love water" and reach level "X" to earn "Y" is it possible to use lucky patcher to block ads and buy perks to Speedrun those games?
