Any Advice Welcome.

Hey,

This has been going on about a year, I'll try to keep it short.

Got gum disease through drinking heavily and had 2 molars removed.
Stopped drinking, gum disease has been gone for 9 months.
Bad breath comes back 2minutes after brushing.
Constant dry mouth.
Film on tongue, I scrape it off but the smell is still there.
Constant phlegm at the back of the roof of my mouth.
I brush twice a day, use Corsodyl alcohol free mouth wash, scrape my tongue every morning.
I do need another tooth removing, but the BB was around way before I had issues with that one tooth.

I've checked online and people are saying wildly different things, but if you've had these exact symptoms please reach out with a fix.
