I prayed a novena to St. Jude and my prayers were not answered

Hey, this is lowkey a rant but I'm spiraling and don't care. I'm a senior at a top public university in the US and I prayed a nine day novena to St. Jude because I was super stressed out about a midterm. I studied every day leading up to this exam and I genuinely don't know what happened or what's wrong with me, but on the last day of the novena I took the exam. I got my score back today and I got the lowest score in the class. What the hell am I doing wrong sometimes I feel like I'm agnostic
