How to apply to the MediaAC from Erasmus?

I already logged in https://mdl.donau-uni.ac.at/mediaac/ given on MediaAC website. However, I find out that the news and information from their Online Application System have stopped updating since 2023.

How can I send my application to the MediaAC? If anyone knows, please help me figure out TvT
