Funeral costs

So I recently paid for my funeral. I'm in Adelaide. I rang around to get prices. I rang the morgue and they said it only costs $280. If I'm mistaken, it was $380. I have ambulance cover. If I die, I go straight to the morgue. First fee. They cremate me. Done. A death certificate is the only fee I haven't paid for. What am I missing?
