Studying in Finland or Estonia

Hi,

I came to ask for some opinions. I live in finland but i am originally from Estonia I've been in finland for about 9 years and 12 years in Estonia before that and i want to go study electrical engineering but i cant decide which country to do it in. I also have a issue where i have relationship here in finland but thankfully we are both willing to move to estonia but even then I'm not sure if i should study there or here i noticed how bad the job market in finland is and that makes me wanna come back but then also if i moved Estonia I'm scared how will i manage living alone and going school at the same time because of the fact i would be the first to move back from us 2.
