Shifting

I passed the final interview and I’m scheduled for contract signing next week, pero wala pa silang binibigay na final shift.

I actually prefer graveyard shift because I have obligations in the morning. Ask ko lang—if ever ma-assign ako sa morning shift, okay lang ba tumanggi or request a different schedule before signing?

Hindi ba siya magiging red flag or maka-affect sa offer ko?

First time ko mag-BPO so not sure how strict companies are with shift assignments.

Any advice or experiences would really help 🙏
