Can't i just be immortal

like I am a frequent lucid dreamer and never shifted, but randomly this thought came to my mind for eg if shift to a reality then i life like till 80 years and then when I feel like I am too old i just shift to another reality where I am 18 and keep doing this for eternity,i don't bash on rs for no reason just wanted to know about this
