Late third tri symptoms

I’m 35 weeks today and have had a straightforward pregnancy so far with the small exception of low iron and heart palpitations (blood pressure was last checked a week ago and has been really good throughout). For the past few days some of my symptoms have changed. I’ve been insanely hungry, had headaches in the morning, bad insomnia (which I’ve had throughout but it’s been particularly awful lately) and hot/swollen hands at night. Is this what the last few weeks of pregnancy will be like 😩 I also cannot believe I still have 3 weeks of work left!!!
