Should I take 2nd drop For jee mains?

I'm a girl (from bihar) i got 76% in cbse board (PCM) took a drop to prep From mains from home. I secured 60%ile in jan and in april I didn't study that much and only increase my %ile a little. I don't think that I can get any clg from this. Seeing my result my parents didn't let me fill viteee, bitsat,comedk etc exam . only filled cuet as an alternative. My family is poor and my parents can't afford private clg with high fees. He didn't let me took student loan since they don't trust me. April attempt is on 4. But I don't think I can do any better. I want to pursue btech cse but it seems like I have to take another drop. I'll turn 21 this june. I think I have fucked my life. Please help me with everything possible.😭😭
