They started to be so healthy it was almost unhealthy?
In no way am I trying to put trying to better your health in a bad light. But in my story, healthcare in general played a weird part.
She was always more focused on her health than me, but in the last few years it became almost obsessive.
Gym for two hours every day, sometimes double sessions or more. Skincare routine for almost two hours every night. Plugging all her nutrition, skincare, workout, whatever routines into chatGPT in order to maximize her output. Spending her mornings concocting nutrition shakes that her AI companion constructed for her and neglecting her work to do yoga. At the end the only time I saw her was when she coming or going to the gym really. I didn’t get it at all.
When shit was about to hit fan big she kept starting fights about me not caring about my health. Looking back, I kinda get it because I was so focused on just hanging on for dear life that I was neglecting almost every other aspect of my life besides her.
But now about seven months out with some clarity, I’m starting to think that this was some extreme polarizing bullshit.
Yeah I’m not the most active person, but I prefer getting my exercise in my real life instead of the gym. I like hiking, canoeing, and camping. Which she hated. But I loved her for 14 years. I put my other loves on the shelf for her.
I guess I’m just wondering if I’m the slob she perceived me to be or if she was such an extreme that it was an inevitable tilt. I haven’t even mentioned the affair she had or other bullshit she put me through.
