Recommendation for autism treatment/therapy centers

Hi,

I'm looking for recommendations for treatment/therapy centers in Ahmedabad or Gujarat for my nephew, who will be turning 7 soon. He is on the autism spectrum and currently non-verbal, only speaking a few words occasionally when prompted. We've tried various treatments and therapies without significant progress.

I would greatly appreciate any recommendations for centers where we can get a second opinion. Thanks.
