[Landlord-US-UT] What is a reliable way to screen tenants?

I previously used Zillow for my first rental but didn’t seem to like it. I’ve looked into Rentler and TransUnion, what is a good reliable screening website? Also do you put a link in the listing? I am not to sure the process as I am very new to this and would love some insight!
