How often do you practice

I have been having lessons for almost 2 years now on and off ( I have a very irregular schedule and I sometimes have to miss lessons ) . On Sunday I have my first gig . How much should I practice during the week ? Would training every day for 2 hours actually tire my voice and make it Hardee for me the day of the show?
