Started a few days ago, slimmer stomach and face ?

Hi everyone ! I just started this medication for my PCOS, and it's been about a week now, I've noticed my face looks alot slimmer and my stomach looks less bloated ? has anyone else experienced this? I've only seen weight gain posts here not much about these two things !
