Slight wobble/vibration in steering F36 - 2017

Hey guys, been having small annoying issue on my 2017 440i msport suspension non adjustable, where there a small wobble like slight vibration in the steering which is not out of balance vibration as far as i can tell, i already did the below:

1-New LCA/UCA

2-New tie rods

3- new tires

4- rod force balanced 2 times

5-replaced the steering rack bushing (repair kit)

6-replaced Struts and strut mounts (front), rear ones are ok so far.

7-Did Alignment 2 times

Still feeling slight wobble like vibration through the steering while driving which definitely got worse after the new (tires Conit SPC5p) , speed affect the frequency of it, if going faster i can feel it more, i asked the last guy did the balance if wheels are bent and he said they are fine, what could it be?

Might be slight bent wheel? Steering rack play and need to be tightened more after replacing the bushing? New tires out of round?something to do with brake disk?

last month my mechnich checked everything in the front end and said it's all nice and tight.

Thanks.
