FFVII Lost Fanfic, SOLDIER Time Travel

Looking for FFVII fic where the entire SOLDIER gets displaced to the future, held on a base, Cloud already exists in future, Shinra is gone, but I just can't remember if it takes place before AC or After. There were OC SOLDIERs too including 1st Class.
